Who we are
adultacnetreatment.org is published by Artha Capital, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 97349860, Haarlemmerweg 888, 1014 BL Amsterdam, the Netherlands. We are responsible for the data described here. Questions: privacy@adultacnetreatment.org.
What we collect
- Visit statistics: which page you view, the referring website, how long and how far you read, which links and buttons you click, and technical details such as screen size, language and time zone. Your IP address is passed on so a country and city can be derived; we don't store it ourselves.
- Server logs: our host keeps standard logs (IP address, browser, requested page) for security and to keep the site running.
This site has no forms and no accounts. We don't ask for your name, email or health details, and we don't see the choices you make on the page.
Visit statistics and consent
Statistics are sent from your browser to our own address (/api/e/) and passed from there to Amplitude, an analytics service, in its EU data center. We use them to see which parts of the page help readers. Visitors in the European Economic Area see a choice first: statistics run only after you click "Accept". You can change your choice at any time through "Privacy choices" at the bottom of the home page.
The link to acne.today
Buttons labeled "Start my analysis" lead, through a short redirect on this site (/go/analysis), to acne.today, a separate paid face analysis. The redirect adds a label so acne.today can see that you came from this site. acne.today handles any photo, quiz answers and payment under its own privacy policy. We never receive your photo or answers.

We set no cookies and use no advertising or cross-site tracking.
Legal basis and retention
Statistics for EEA visitors: your consent. Statistics elsewhere and server logs: our legitimate interest in a secure, working site. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.
Who we share with
Amplitude (statistics) and our hosting provider, only as needed to run the site. We don't sell data.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing by emailing privacy@adultacnetreatment.org. We reply within four weeks. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the authority where you live.
Changes
We may update this notice. The date at the top shows the latest version.
